1.0 Introduction

This product was developed by Panacea Inc. exclusively for use with
ATI's family of mach32 accelerators. This version of panaStation
is designed to specifically support DOS versions of MicroStation 4.0
and 5.0.

2.0 Driver installation Notes for MicroStation 4.0 and 5.0

1) Make sure MicroStation has already been installed on your hard drive.

2) To complete the install successfully, you will require the following
    information:

     a) The full path name of the MicroStation directory.

3) Ensure that you have a copy of LOADER.ZIP. The LOADER utility is used
to install this driver. LOADER.ZIP is available on the ATI BBS, ftp site
(ftp.atitech.ca), and on our CompuServe forum (GO ATITECH).

4) Ensure that you have a copy of PKUNZIP.EXE, v1.10 or later. PKUNZIP
is available on most BBS and information services, including the ATI
   BBS and CompuServe.

5) Do NOT attempt to perform the driver installation from within AutoCAD.
Exit AutoCAD completely, and perform the following operations in DOS.

6) Unzip LOADER.ZIP and 32UST260.ZIP into the same temporary directory on
your hard disk, then run the LOADER utility. For example:

   MD \ATITEMP
   PKUNZIP LOADER.ZIP \ATITEMP
   PKUNZIP 32UST260.ZIP \ATITEMP
   CD \ATITEMP
   LOADER

7) Follow the screen prompts for installing the MicroStation drivers.

8) Once the driver has been installed, you can delete the contents of the
temporary directory (DEL \ATITEMP\*.*) and delete the directory itself
   (RD \ATITEMP).

9) We recommend that you copy the ZIP files (32UST260.ZIP and LOADER.ZIP) to
floppy disk, in case you need to install the driver again.

10) When INSTALL has completed copying all necessary files, exit the
    program.

11) Change directory to the MicroStation subdirectory and run USCONFIG.EXE.

12) a) Select Display Adapters.
     b) Select Vendor Supplied Adaptor.
     c) Select <Panastation - Primary, by Panacea>
     d) Press "Y" to reconfigure panaStation.
     e) Follow the on screen instructions.
     f) Select "Exit and Save" from the Current Microstation
	Configuration menu.

13) Reboot the system.

14) Change directory to the MicroStation sub-directory, run USTATION,
and configure for the desired mode.

15) For further configuration instructions, please consult the file
    MANUAL.TXT.
