Intense 3D 100 driver for Windows 98, build 4.98.1.8

For Windows 98, Intense3D-100 BIOS 74 is recommended; available
at http://www.intergraph.com/ics/I3D100/rbios74.zip. Not using
BIOS 74 may result in system lock-ups and screen corruption when
switching between full-screen DOS and Windowed mode.

Unless an I3D100 is also installed as the primary, hardware
acceleration of DirectDraw/Direct3D will be disabled on secondary
displays (will use Microsoft's software renderer). Device bitmaps
were causing intermittent corruption and are turned off for present.
Expect slow performance on secondary displays.

This driver should work with multiple I3D100 cards installed and
should co-exist with other models of display cards as well. Please
note that most Win95 display cards will run as a primary display
under Windows 98 but the driver must be multimonitor capable to run
as a secondary display.

BIOS issues below will remain for the present:

Primary monitor may lock up when changing from full-screen VGA to
Windowed mode; BIOS 74 does not display this problem.

   Native registers combined with VGA registers in PCI address space;
secondary must have VGA resources disabled but also needs the native
registers enabled--turning I/O off and on slows down the secondary
   display and may cause conflicts.

Monitor DDC (Plug and play) does not work with secondary display.
