  short the two pins located at the intersection of the row that
  corresponds to that IRQ setting and the column that corresponds to that
  slot. The IRQ address settings selected for the four PCI interface
  slots by these jumpers must be identical to the address settings
  defined for the PCI slots on page 2 of the BIOS setup utility.
