  Note: A total of 127 memory base address settings are available. The
  switches are a binary representation of the hexadecimal addresses.
  Jumper A3 is the Least Significant Bit and Jumper A9 is the Most
  Significant Bit. The jumpers have the following decimal values: Jumper
  A3=8, A4=16, A5=32, A6=64, A7=16, A8=256, A9=512. Add the values of the
  jumpers with pins 2 & 3 closed to obtain the correct memory address.
  (On=pins 2 & 3 closed, Off=pins 1 & 2 closed)
