  Description:           Selects the modem's reaction to a poor quality
                         connection.

          %Q1            Modem will retrain up to three times, then it
                         will disconnect if line quality is still to poor
                         to support connection.

          %Q2            Modem will retrain until line quality is good
                         enough to support connection.

                          RETRANSMISSION MAXIMUM

  Description:            Sets the maximum number of times that the modem
                          will retransmit a packet due to errors before

          &R0            RTS normal in asynchronous connect mode and
                         forced high in asynchronous command mode. In
