  Format:              AT [cmds] DT<#>**xxxx*yyyy***zzzz

  Description:         Dials the phone number, modem name, or service
                       name indicated by the <#> above. If the remote
                       modem being dialed is a Ricochet-to-telephone
                       bridge, yyyy indicates the number that should be
                       dialed on the land line; otherwise see the list
                       below. The zzzz indicated the password to be sent
                       to the remote modem.

  Note:                All options except the calling target are
                       optional.

  Description:           Displays the voltage currently put out by the
                         modem's battery. The modem will generate a low
                         battery condition if the voltage drops below
                         5.75V.

                        DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE - REMOTE

  Description:       Sets the modem to download new firmware code from
                     the Ricochet network.

                      ENCRYPTION KEY CHANGE FREQUENCY

  Description:            Sets the number of packets that the modem will
                          send before it will negotiate a new encryption
                          key with the remote modem.

  Description:           Sets the length of encryption key the modem will
                         use. This value must match the key length for

  Description:           Sets the key that the modem will use to seed the
                         encryption scheme. If it does not match the seed
                         entered for the remote modem, it will
                         disconnect. The key must be eight characters or
                         less.

  Description:           Sets the length of time that the modem does not
                         receive information from the DTE or the network

  Description:           Sets the length of time that the modem does not
