                                SLEEP MODE

  Description:            Selects what criteria must be true for the
                          modem to disconnect from the network and enter
                          low-power sleep mode.

        Command                              Function

         S327=0           Low-power sleep mode disabled.

         S327=1           Low-power sleep mode enabled; exit sleep mode
                          if data is received.

         S327=2           Low-power sleep mode enabled; exit sleep mode
                          if DTR or RTS signals change state.

         S327=3           Low-power sleep mode enabled; exit sleep mode
                          if data is received or if DTR or RTS signals
                          change state.

         S327=4           Light dozing mode enabled.
