Extract the files using say "pkunzip -d trsi110b" (if you're using PKUNZIP).
The files will extract to contrib/sysinfo.

I assume you have CWSDPMI or some other DPMI host.
You sill need SMARTEDIT (you can get it from the website given below) or just
simply rename some text editor as READER.EXE.
