2. How to create a list.

Step 1: run the program and choose the type of list you would like to
create. You may also go to the 'File' menu and left-click the
           'New List' option.

note: if you would like to use the wizard then leave the
wizard check box checked. If you want to enter data
manually then uncheck the 'Use Media Input Wizard'.

Step 2. A) Entering data using the wizard.

Follow the the steps provided at the top of the wizard window.
Enter all the desired data into all the boxes. This is one
row on the grid. Any new data entered into the list boxes
will be saved. To edit them see "How to edit the wizard drop
              down list boxes".

Step 2. B) Entering data without the wizard.

Select the desired cell/box you wish to enter data into by
using the mouse, tab key, or arrow keys. Then press the
enter key to get inside the box. Then type in what you wish.
All boxes do not have to contain data. Then press enter
again to get out of and highlight the box. Move on to the
next box and continue untill one row is completed as
desired. Once one row is completed, right-click the mouse
and left-click on 'New Row'. You may now enter a new row.

page number in the second box.

odd number pages first, then even numbers. This
allows printing on both sides of the paper. Just
turn the papers over and put them back in the
printer after all the odd numbers are printed.

To export the list to another program, left-click the 'Edit' menu
and select 'Export Entire List To Windows Clipboard'. Then paste it
into a word processing program that reads rich text (Almost all do,
except for Notepad). You may need to do a paste special in Microsoft
       Word.
To export to Excel, simply select and copy one column at a time to
the windows clipboard. Then paste that column to a column in Excel.

10.2 Maximum character limit for each cell.

The recomended number of characters for each cell is 4000 or less.
Anymore may cause problems viewing data in each cell and could cause

are in each cell: Select desired cell then left click the 'Options'
menu and select 'View Cell Text'.
