                                 [ RFA 3.10 ]

     * History:

       V3.10
          1. Added dos swap: before launching any external application
RFA swaps in EMS/XMS or disk keeping free memory.
          2. Added support of JAM message base.
          3. RFA now can create a file flag to force netmail rescan.
          4. Totally rewritten FILES.BBS support routines. Now RFA supports
multiline descriptions of major BBS softwares (such as Lora,
SuperBBS, RemoteAccess 1.xx, RoboBoard, etc.). It was added also
a plain-vanilla mode, for compatibility to old-style opus
             programs.
Moreover now RFA can add new file descriptions in any place of the
FILES.BBS: sign the place where add new descriptions using this
             marker: " @=>".
          5. Now RFA cuts off the statement TO from any .TIC file, because it
             is not supported.
          6. Added the support of multiline descriptions in the DESCRIBE
command: all the caratcters '|' will be interpreted as newline.
          7. Totally rewritten base code for *.TIC routing. Now RFA supports
LDESC statements and uses a standard PATH line.
          8. Added Time Zone support.
          9. Modified the configuration of parameter WorkDisk. Now it is a
             full path specification.
         10. Speeded up RFS packet creation. Now RFA runs the packer only once.
         11. Improved Infonet areas. Now RFA generates report messages only if
             the requested files are found.
         12. Improved the look of directory listing. Now descriptions are
             incolumned.
         13. Added support of monochrome displays to RFASETUP.
         14. Added an internal lastread to speed up netmail scanning.
         15. FileTracker messages now have the right flags.
         16. RFA now can import Lora's SYSFILE.DAT.
         17. Totally rewritten the support of BinkleyTerm/Lora and DBridge's
             queues.
         18. Fixed some bugs of configuration files manager routines.
         19. Incremented the number of areas each user can administer.
         20. Speeded up the compute of 32 bit CRC.
         21. Added the support ok KFS and TFS flags in the DBridge's queue.
         22. Improved the routines to import TICK's cfg.
         23. Now RFA uses the right address in file/attach messages of *.TIC
             files.
         24. Totally rewitten configuration routines.
         25. Now you can change the description of a file during the hatch,
in both interactive and command line mode.
