Readme file for Hexed v2.2a PD 2002.

Copy HEXED22.ZIP to any  DOS or windows directory/folder,  and unzip the
contents there. Start  Hexedit  on the command line with a filename, for
example:

HEXEDIT \dos\page.com

Enter editing functions or cursor movement through the hex values, while
changing them with <enter> or <insert> as you edit.

Press Alt-Q at any time for online list of Hexedit functions and a brief
list of keys. Edit HEXEDIT.CFG for customizing.

Hexedit is free and is hereby placed into the  Public Domain.
