CELL FISSION Ver 1.0

Introduction:
-------------
    This program was developed by us, Rajiv and Ashwin, medical students
at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, India. The aim was to develop
a teaching module on the mechanisms of cell division using computer
animation. It was much appreciatd by students and teachers alike, so we
thought we'd put it up as freeware, so that any one interested could
use it. You can distribute it to anyone you like as long as you don't
modify or sell it.

System Requirements: A 386, color monitor, DOS and 5 MB of hard disk space
-------------------  should be sufficient.

Installation: Unzip the fission.zip file using the command
------------  PKUNZIP -d fission.zip 

Program Operation:
-----------------
     This is a DOS only program so it cannot be run under Windows or
        Windows DOS prompt.
     Start the program by typing FISSION at the DOS prompt.
     Enter your choice at the main menu.
     Navigation is simple : N advances to the next slide / Esc quits.
     More advanced controls are described under the HELP option in the menu.

Known problems and error messages:
---------------------------------
     This program will not run under Windows DOS prompt, restart in MS-DOS
mode to run.
     The program has been tested only on a Trident video adapter and so
may give problems with other video cards. If this is the case, e-mail us
at the address given below stating the video card you have and we'll try
to send you the correct driver.

Distribution: Cell Fission is freeware, which means it is offered at no 
------------  cost & you can distribute it freely to anyone you like as
	      long as you don't modify or sell it.
