The Claims Manager is an MS-DOS based program written for TV, VCR, Stereo,
and Computer repair shops to handle the everyday tasks that a shop will
encounter. The Claims Managerc was written by a shop owner. It is custom
tailored to our industry. I originally wrote it as a claims processing
software package geared mainly to print NARDA and NESDA claim forms, but as
time went on, I have expanded it into both a claims package and a daily point
of sale program. As customers bring in sets for repair, the data is entered
into the computer. This begins the process of tracking and billing each repair.
When the phone rings, just pop up the customer's name and get the immediate
status of their repair! The Claims Manager does a host of things. Load it up
and give it a try.

TO INSTALL THE CLAIMS MANAGER:
1. Place a files=120 (or more) in your config.sys
2. Place a buffers=40 in your config.sys
3. Extract the zip file to a directory called claims.
4. Execute the program by typing tv.bat.
5. Always start the program with tv.bat.

Notice: CLAIMS.DOC is a Word7 file and is complete
                   documentation.

CLAIMS.TXT is ASCII copy of complete documentation.

The demonstration version of this program is to be freely distributed. You
will be limited to 20 repair records. Registering the program removes this
limitation.
