                                  TVTEST.EXE
                                  README.TXT

The program is DOS based but will work via Windows. A member of our
Amateur Radio Club asked me to find a program to assist him and his
friends, to set up his TV screen when running test transmissions for
Amateur TV. I searched some of the Shareware Databases on the Internet
without success; perhaps I was looking in the wrong areas! I therefore
decided to write a program with his suggestions, and this is the
result. In addition to displaying test screens for the usual high
definition, cross hatch, and circular patterns, it will also display a
variety large types, both stationary, and scrolling.

                   Comments and suggestions always welcome.
