   PPPD301.ZIP contains two programs:

PPPD.COM is a batch file utility. It pushes (saves) and pops (re-
stores) the default drive and directory and the DOS environment
path string. You put PPPD PUSH in the batch file, then change to
another drive, directory and PATH, run what you will, and finally
end the file with PPPD POP. The POP puts the computer back into
the condition (same default drive and directory, same path string)
it was in before you PUSHed.

PPD.COM is a simpler program. It pushes and pops the drive and
directory, but it does not affect the path string.

Each program has a matching DOC file with explanations. If you're not
sure whether you need PPD.COM or PPPD.COM, look at the section "Why
   Change the Path?" in PPPD.DOC.
