 This is the Shareware version of The Math Tutor (Math1a).
This program may be freely distributed to anyone you think it might be
of benefit. It may be uploaded to BBS's , Internet sites ect...
Its files may not be altered in any way. (Including the associated files)
 This program allows the user to practice random numbers at the level which
you choose in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
It contains a total random number generator to provide you with problems
that cannot be memorized. It is meant to be a repeatable exercise so that 
math functions can be learned.

This program will only run in DOS. (From the C:\ in a directory of your choice.)
 
Win 3.+ users: You must select 'file' then 'exit' from program manager.
               Full graphics may not be displayed if you just click on
               MS-DOS icon to get the "C:\" prompt. 

Special Note for 95 users!
 You must make sure you are running in a suitable DOS mode.
 How do I know?
 1. Click on start.
 2. Now up to Prorgams and over to the MS-DOS Prompt and click it.
 3. Click on Properties in the window at the top (The one with the hand).
 4. Click on the Advanced button.
 6. Click on the program folder.
 7. Put a check mark in the box next to MS-DOS mode.
 8. Now put a dot in the circle to Specify a new MS-DOS configuration.
    (The 2 windows below will load the recommened settings.)
 9. Click the "ok" button and you will now have a suitable MS-DOS mode.
 10. Close it all up and use the "add programs" feature in My Computer.

Failure to do this will not allow the program to run properly and a reboot 
may be necessary. At a minimum, full graphics are not displayed.
