 
 
  
  In the present experiment your task is to try to remember as many words  
  from the primary set that will shortly be presented.  
  
  Primary set words will be presented one by one. During presentation you 
  just have to look at the screen and try to memorize the words. When all 
  words are presented you will be given a chance to rest. 
 
  In the second part of the experiment words will be presented on the 
  screen. Some of the presented words were already shown to you in the 
  first part, others were not. Every time a word is presented you will have

 You will respond by pressing a button on a keyboard. 
 
 If your answer is YES, the word was presented before PRESS '0' 
 If your answer is NO,  the word was not presented before PRESS '1' 
 
 Place index or middle finger of your left hand on '1' and 
 index or middle finger of your right hand on '0'. Rest fingers lightly 
 on those keys as you must be able to press them without looking. 
 
 Always try to respond as quickly as possible without making unnecessary

 This is the end of instructions. You can go through instructions again 
 by pressing 'q' and 'a' or you can start viewing primary set words by 
 pressing 'x'. During this procedure you don't have to do anything. 
 Just watch the words presented on the screen and try to memorize them.
