The following are valid CONTROL characters in Envoy 100. To use them, hold
down the CONTROL key, and press the key you need.
 
    CONTROL H - deletes characters
    CONTROL X - deletes the current line
    CONTROL W - deletes the most recent word in the current line
    CONTROL R - redisplays the most recent line
    CONTROL S - stops the terminal, until you hit CONTROL Q
    CONTROL Q - restarts the terminal after CONTROL S
 
    BREAK KEY - returns you to the COMMAND? or ACTION? prompt
 
Type a period on a line by itself and press RETURN when you have entered
text in the 'COMPOSE' <C005> or 'INSERT' <C015> modes.  Remember that all
ENVOY 100 commands can be shortened to the first three letters (e.g., COM
for COMPOSE).
 
Some commands can also be shortened to the first letter.  For example:
