                                ENVOY-TO-FAX

Envoy 100 supports the delivery of electronic messages generated by Envoy
100 to virtually any group 3 facsimile machine in Canada and the United
States.

Envoy-to-Fax utilizes an addressing format similar to a regular Envoy 100
message. At the 'TO:', 'CC:', and 'BCC:' prompts enter the name of the
intended recipient and appropriate FAX number, as follows:

******************************************************************

Command? COMPOSE

TO: John Brown (FAX:6135556789)
CC: Jim.Jones
BCC: Jane Smith (FAX:6135556788)
Subject: Urgent Sales Meeting
Text:

******************************************************************

In the above example, the recipients in the 'TO:' and the 'BCC:' fields
will receive a FAX message, while the 'CC:' recipient will receive their
message in their envoy 100 mailbox.

Further information on the Envoy-to-Fax delivery service is available
from an Envoy 100 on-line help script called ENVOY.TO.FAX.INFO. To access
the script, enter COMPOSE ENVOY.TO.FAX.INFO at the Command? prompt.
