This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. 

                          Grant of License
William E. Wilgus II grants you the right to use one copy of the
Inter-active eXpression Interpreter Version 0.4b (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) 
on a single terminal connected to a single computer processing unit (CPU).  
You may not network or otherwise use the Inter-active eXpression
Interpreter (EX.EXE) on more than one computer or computer terminal at
the same time.

                              Copyright
The eX Computer Language, Inter-active eXpression Interpreter
(EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE), and eX User's Manual are owned by 
William E. Wilgus III and are protected by United States copyright laws 
and international treaty provisions.  Reproduction or transmittal of any 
part of the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) or 
its User's Manual by any means without the written permission of 
William E. Wilgus III is strictly prohibited.  You may make one copy of the 
Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) for backup purposes.
You also may copy the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or 
EXLITE.EXE) to a single hard disk drive.  You may not copy the eX User's 
Manual.  You may transfer ownership of the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter 
(EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) and the eX User's Manual if you retain no copies and 
the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.

                         Other Restrictions
You may not rent or lease the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter
(EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) or eX User's Manual.  You may not reverse engineer, 
decompile or dis-assemble the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or 
EXLITE.EXE).  

                          Limited Warranty 
William E. Wilgus III warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from
the date of receipt that the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter
(EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) will perform substantially in accordance with the eX 
User's Manual upon the computer equipment for which it is intended.  This
Limited Warranty is void if the damage to the Inter-active eXpression
Interpreter (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE) or eX User's Manual resulted from accident,
abuse, or mis-application.  Any implied warranties on the Inter-active
eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE), its Computer Language, and the 
eX User's Manual are limited to ninety (90) days from the date of
receipt.  Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an
implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply to you.

                         No Other Warranties
William E. Wilgus III disclaims all other warranties, either express
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
mercantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to
the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or EXLITE.EXE), the eX 
Computer Language, and the eX User's Manual.  This limited warranty gives 
you specific legal rights and you may have others, which vary from state
to state.

               No Liability for Consequential Damages
In no event shall William E. Wilgus III or its suppliers be liable for
any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or
in-ability to use the Inter-active eXpression Interpreter (EX.EXE or 
EXLITE.EXE), even if William E. Wilgus III has been advised of the 
possibility of such damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or 
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages and the 
above limitation may not apply to you.

                          Customer Remedies
The entire liability of William E. Wilgus III and your exclusive
remedy shall be limited to the replacement of the software or manual
that does not meet the Limited Warranty of William E. Wilgus III. 
These remedies are not available outside of the United States of
America.
