RecEdit by Gregory A. Wolking

DESCRIPTION
RecEdit lets you edit macro files created by the Windows 3.1
Recorder accessory. It eliminates the need to rerecord a macro if you
make a mistake while recording or wish to change a complex existing
macro. RecEdit lets you cut and paste events from one macro to another,
combine .REC files, and even create your own .REC files from scratch.

SETUP
To install RecEdit, simply place the RECEDIT.EXE and
RECEDIT.HLP files in a directory of your choice. Since RecEdit is a
Visual Basic application, it also requires the files VBRUN300 .DLL and
CMDIALOG.VBX in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. You may also want to
create a Program Manager icon for RecEdit.

Use the File | Open command to load a .REC file for editing. If you use Program Manager's File | Run command to execute RecEdit, you may specify
the name of a .REC file on the command line so that RecEdit starts with
that file already loaded into memory.

REMARKS
RecEdit provides full context-sensitive help. If you're ever
in doubt as to what actions are available to you, press F1 to view a
help screen that is relevant to the current situation. You can also get
a good overview of RecEdit's functions and capabilities by selecting
Contents from the Help menu, selecting a topic, and then using the
browse buttons at the top of the help window to walk through any related
topics.
