About PrintNow...

PrintNow is a 32-bit application that runs only under Windows 95
or Windows NT 4.0. It allows your PrtScr and Alt+PrtScr keys to
print a screen capture directly to your printer instead of just
copying the image to the Windows clipboard. PrintNow can also
print any DIB image in the clipboard, regardless of its
original source. PrintNow supports multiple instances, it can
print multiple copies of a screen capture to the same printer
with different print settings, to several different printers,
or any combination thereof, with a single keystroke.

INSTALLATION:

Place the PRINTNOW.EXE, PRINTNOW.HLP, and PRINTNOW.CNT files
in the directory of your choice, then create a shortcut to
PRINTNOW.EXE. PrintNow does not use the system Registry, so
uninstalling the program requires nothing more than deleting
its files from your disk.

USAGE:

PrintNow places its icon in your system tray. The icon's
tooltip displays the program's current status. Right-click
the icon to open the pop-up menu. Double-click the icon to
activate the main dialog. The menu and dialog contain
exactly the same controls and commands, so you can use
whichever interface you prefer. If the main dialog is
already active, clicking either mouse button on the tray
icon will bring the dialog to the foreground.

Once running, pressing either PrtScr or Alt+PrtScr from
the Windows desktop will activate PrintNow. PrtScr captures
an image of the entire desktop, Alt+PrtScr captures just the
currently active window. When launched with its default
settings, PrintNow will present a standard Print dialog
before printing begins so that you can change printer
settings or cancel the operation, scale the image to fill
as much of the page as possible, and center the image on
the page.

PrintNow's option settings and commands are largely
self-explanatory. You can get pop-up help for any of the
dialog controls using the right mouse button, and you will
find further details on the program's operation in the
online help, available by pressing F1 or selecting the
Help command in either the main dialog or the tray icon's
pop-up menu.
