What are the "DevelTools"?

     They are a group of programs specifically designed to aid programmers 
and others in packaging and shipping their programs.  Each is well-documented 
and easy to use.  All of the programs are shareware and completely free to 
use in a non-commercial environment.  (shareware demos, freeware, etc...)

scripts.  Includes aesthetic and file 
manipulation tools, a script compiler

FileSlave v1.00b: f'req "FILESLV"

Netmail file request facility.  Anyone 
can request files, which are UUENCODEd 
to them via netmail. Supports Squish,
*.MSG, Hudson and JAM format message areas.
