QUICK START:
	Run HOLMESCK
If you're year 2000 compliant, congratulations!
If not, try setting the date to 1-1-2000 with the
	DOS DATE command and reboot
	Check the date
If it still says 1-1-2000, run HFINSTAL to install the fix
If not, then, sorry, you need another solution :-(

WARNINGS FROM THE AUTHOR:
o Disconnect the PC under test from all LANs (be sure to reconnect after
resetting the date back to current).
o Be aware HolmesFx works only during reboot, so most Y2K Test Programs will
  not detect its effectiveness.
o Be aware that some commercial software is distributed with a time-out date.
It is possible to lose access to the software by setting the clock forward.

MY WARNINGS:
o The Y2K bug isn't just about the internal clock. Lots of software needs
to be checked too. If you're a business, you should check your government
website, eg http://www.open.gov.uk/bug.html to see what else you should be
  doing.
o Don't get taken to the cleaners, paying for software which does what this
  free program does!
