I made this distribution for the IBM PC by taking the MuTeX tar.Z
file apart and using Buerg's ARCE program to put the files into
an archive.  I could not use the dpi300 fonts or the original tfm
files so I regenerated them with Metafont and the new ones are in
the dpi300.arc.   

Assuming you have a working copy of TeX and LaTeX,
you must format and print the guide and use an editor to make the
changes in Appendix C. Then you should be able to run the two
