Notes:

.1. Monitor ID is not used by all adapters.  Paradise does, Maxon and PaeLit
.   do not.  See your manual for other brands.

.2. Reverse Monitor ID bits 0 and 1 for monochrome monitor, if your VGA card
.   recognizes them.  Monochrome monitors use green line for all video.

.3. Sony pin map assumes digital/analog switch in analog position.

.4. Transposing hookups does no apparent harm, but doesn't work, either.
