After you have installed this program correctly, news users will
be able to maintain their 'sys' file entry remotely via mail. This
program supports the following functions.

getsys - Return the current sys file entry of the requesting
		system.

setsys - Replace the current sys file entry of the requesting
		system with a new entry.

delsys - Delete the whole sys file entry of the requesting
		system.

suspendsys - Delete the sys file entry, but save it for later retrival
		with the restoresys command.

restoresys - Restore a previously suspended sys file entry.

getgroups - Send your news active file to the requesting system.

help - Sends this README file to the remote system.

To activate a function, mail is send to the user 'changesys'.
The subject line of the message holds the function (getsys, ...) and
the body of the text the following parameter lines.

Example: # Don't put comments in the actual mail

system: gold # the system with the name 'gold'
passwd: fasel # password for system 'gold' is 'fasel'
sysentry: comp,!comp.graphics,news,\
gnu,!alt.sex

Resulting 'sys' file entry for CNEWS:

gold:comp,!comp.graphics,news,\
gnu,!alt.sex/all,!local:f:

As you see in the example, sysentry lines may be multiple lines long.
Please make sure to only place valid news groups in the sysentry line.
Parameters like the name of your system, the distribution list and ':F:'
are automatically provided by changesys. If you add them to your sysentry
line, your request will be rejected.

Before a user will be able to change the 'sys' file entry for his system
(and only for his system), he first has to apply for a password. This is
necessary to make sure, not everybody screws around with the 'sys' file.

The keywords 'getsys', 'setsys' 'delsys', 'getgroups', 'help', 'system:',
'passwd:' and 'sysentry:' have to be spelled correctly and at least
one space is needed between the colon and the parameter.
