*   Now handles parameters with double quotes surrounding them e.g. Windows 95
    long filenames
*   Now allows you to specify to change to the directory that is actually the
    current directory (required in batch files)
*   The current directory is always removed from the list of choices - except
    where it matches as well as the other choices
*   Spaces in directory names can be handled without quoting
