                          DISTRIBUTED FILES
    =======================================================================
    1.  Files required to run the application:

        aplanr.exe  -  The program executable.
        aplanr.hlp  -  On-line Windows help (not in text file format).

    2.  Informational Files:

        features.txt -  Provides an overview of the features of the program.
        file_id.diz  -  Program summary information for BBS.
        install.txt  -  Provides information about how to install this
                        application.
        letter.txt   -  A letter from the author to the user including
                        the user agreement information.
        readme.txt   -  The file you are reading.
        register.txt -  Registration information.  Information is also
                        provided in the "Registration" option of the
                        program's "Help" menu.
        release.txt  -  Information about the differences between this
                        version and the previous version.  Also provides
                        any new information that could not be included
                        elsewhere.
        vendor.txt   -  Information for shareware vendors and BBS SYSOPs.


    3.  Sample data files (may be installed in separate directory):

        pvcal.dat    -  Calendar definitions file with sample definitions.
        pvidx.dat    -  Plan index file.
        pvrsc.dat    -  Resource definitions file with sample definitions.
        pvyymmdd.sss -  These are plan files that use the following naming
                        convention: yy = year, mm = month, dd = day,
                        sss = sequence number.

    4.  Other files:

        install.exe  -  The installation utility.
        \zip\aplanrxy.zip - (Only on disks from Sapphire Software Inc.)
                        This file contains the above files in PKZIP 2
                        compressed format.  The "xy" in the filename
                        represents the program version. For example
                        "30" refers to version 3.0.
