Running Works v2.0 is an integrated software toolkit for runners, including 
the following capabilities:

TRAINING LOG - Track up to 4 workouts per day.  Track your workouts as
		Easy, Long, Tempo, Speed, Race or Cross training. Graph
		your workouts, or review summaries of your training. 

COACH	-Set up a 16 week training program based on a race date,
		race distance, and your expected finish time.  The
		COACH will monitor your training and let you know
		if you're on track to reach your goal.

RACE DIRECTOR -Preview your performance at great races across the
		country.  The RACE DIRECTOR gives you mile-by-mile
		predictions of your performance for the Boston Marathon, 
		Peachtree 10k, and 30 great American races.

TRAINER	-Want to know how your running performance will improve
		if you lose weight?  What your training heart rates
		should be?  The TRAINER answers these and other questions.

RESEARCH -	Access an on-line library of articles on running and
		training.

The easiest way to get started is to install Running Works by running the 
install.exe program.  Then open the example training log "John Doe" and play 
with it.  It has entries for the month of March, and training
plans set up for the Crescent City 10k and a June Marathon.




The demo version has the following restrictions:
	- You're limited to 50 workouts
	- You cannot print
	- The research articles are not available
	- Only a few sample races are available in the RACE DIRECTOR

Running Works is a shareware program.  You may run this demo version as long as you wish,
