Description:
This CyberCafe Billing Software assists the CyberCafe Administrator to
track the usage of computers and bill them as per their schemes.
The client program locks the access in all client machines. Only after
the customer enters his authendication details, the software will allow
the customer to use. This is designed to meet any complicated scheme.

- Each Scheme can be designed to run only specified programs.
- Unlimited number of Prepaid Schemes can be created.
- Slot-Hour-Coupons can also be printed automatically.
- Off-Peak-Hour Discounts.
- Supports also Walk-in customers using the Pay-After-Use Schemes.

- Clients background screen and wall paper images can also be set
- Item-Ordering to order floppy, coke, etc. from clients and server.
- Hacker Login feature to locate the hacker-customers to prevent tampering.
- Language module to suit and display any language.
- Printers are monitored and bills will be updated automatically.
- Graphical Report Analysis.
- Automatic email reports to Administrator.
- Unlimited receptionist account can be created with specific menu-rights.
- Option to Automatically print the bills after each logout.
- Option to restart the client after each logout.
- Option to restart/shutdown any client.
- Option to backup the database when closing the server.

At the end of the day, it is enough to count the currency collected and
enter and the day-book-leaf will be ready within seconds, and the report can
also be automatically emailed to the administrator.

This demo version is valid only for 100 bills. Registration cost 
US$150.

Customization can also be done depending on request.


How To Install and Operate:
Double Click  CafeServer60.exe to install server.
Double Click  CafeClient60.exe to install server.
Run the server and client programs.

Use the menu Settings->Advanced in the client program to instruct the
client program to find the server.
You may enter either the IP-address or Machine Name of the server.
Use the menu Schemes->AddNew in the server. Add your cybercafe's
scheme.
Use the menu Member->AddNew in the server. Add members.
Use the menu Schemes->Walk-in to set the prices for Walk-in-Customer.
Use the menu Options->SchemeCaptions to enable/disable, make the
default schemes.

Demo Limitation:
After 100 Bills, the server program will clear all the bills and close.
Next time running will start from Bill No.1.
