An entry should be made for each employee in the 'Tracking' screen. From here 
all other functions of the system can be completed. In this version there is a 
limit of 10 records allowed in the Tracking screen and 20 records in the Helpdesk screen.

This is the Access 97 version and will not open in Access 2000.
