 Alarm++ for Windows
---------------------------
 Perpetual Motion Software
---------------------------

This is a desktop utility that runs under Microsoft(R) Windows(R) and
allows a user to set multiple alarms. Each alarm can be set to go off at
various intervals: every day, every two weeks, every month, once a year,
Monday and Wednesday of every third week, etc. You can also set a "snooze"
interval.

You can set each alarm to run an application, to play a sound, to open a
folder, or to go to a web site in addition to just displaying a message.
This allows you to run programs unattended (e.g., late-night backups or
print jobs) or to send a fax at 3 a.m. when the rates are cheaper. You can
also set an alarm to send e-mail messages at specific times. With this
feature, you can email a reminder to somebody while you're on vacation.

This product is shareware.

Although the evaluation version of this product is fully-functional,
you may only create a limited number of alarms with it.

You may create an unlimited number of alarms with the registered version.
