Installation:
Run the Setup program.
The user must have the Visual Basic 5.0 Runtime Files. The files may be obtained from various sites on the Internet.

Purpose:
TBTimer  is a count up/count down timer (5 minutes for the unregistered version, 100 hours for the registered version) designed to run in the title bar of the current application.

Status:
TBTimer is distributed as Shareware.

Known bugs:
1.	TBTimer may stop running if its setup window is dragged to a new location.
2.  	TBTimer may "lose time" when run with 16-Bit applications (use with 32-Bit apps only).
3.	TBTimer timer may pause if "Exit TBTimer" or "TBTimer Registration, Invalid Code" windows are diplayed.
