THANKS FOR GIVING OUR EMPLOYEE APPLICATION DATABASE A TRY!!!
====================================================================
Included in the zipped file that you just opened are:
The MS Access Employee Database.
A MS Power Point Slide Show teaching you how to use the database.
Read Me Files.
====================================================================
You Need:
Windows 95/98
Microsoft Access Database Program.
Microsoft Power Point Program to view the slide show. (If you don't
have this install the Power Point Viewer by downloading it at www.microsoft.com.)
====================================================================
First!!
The password for the database is 123456.

====================================================================
Second!!
If you don't have the Power Point program you can install the Power
Point Viewer downloaded from www.microsoft.com. To start the slide
show just double-click on the Employment Database.pps file. The slide
show will start up and will cover the whole screen. Don't become alarmed
at this because all that you have to do is sit back and press the enter
key to move through the slide show. When you press enter at the end of
the show it just closes itself up until you may need it again.
====================================================================
Third!!
The database is very simple to use and can be used in a company with
2 to 200 employees. There are no limits set on the number of times
that you enter new employees or update employees that you all ready
have.
Do away with hand written job applications. Have your Applicant's
type all there data into the job application form. While the data
is entered into the Job Application form it is also being transferred
to an Employee Education Reference Form and a recent Employer Reference
Form all ready to be printed and signed by the prospective employee.
All you do then is mail the form out and wait for the results to come
back. This Database gives you the employer an excellant way to decide
on who the hire and who to pass on.

The database also lets you keep track of employees that you have now.
You can generate reports on employee starting dates, the number of times
they have been late or tardy for work, how long they have worked, current
status, and there is a section coming out for employee payroll records.
====================================================================
Make sure you view the Power Point slide show that is included it the
