version 3.6 released 2-2-98
         Fixed a small bug that occured when you tried to use
	the default name when copying a Clip to the Saved Clips
	list.
	 New Icon.
	 Visual Basic Runtime files are not included in the file
	as they were in ver 3.5 to reduce the archive size.

version 3.5 released 1-30-98
	 Removed redundant buttons and menus for simplicity.
	 Increased the maximum size of each clip to approx. 
	20k bytes each.
	 Increased the number of clips that can be stored.
	The Latest Clips list will now hold upto 20 Clips
	and the Saved Clips list will hold upto 40.
	 Added more error checking to head off possible conflicts
	with other programs.
	 Improved main program interface window.
	 You can now activate the taskbar menus with a single click
	from either the left or right mouse buttons.
	 
version 3.0 released 4-4-97
	 Added a "Clear button" to empty the Latest Clips list.
	 Added the ability to assign names to clips in the Saved
	Clips list. So if your home page is www.somewhere.com/world/
	/usa/oregon/portland/Southeast/myhouse.html, then you can 
	save it as a clips and assign it the name "Home".
	 All clips can now be accessed by right clicking the ClipPlus
	icon in the Windows taskbar.

version 2.0 released 3-15-97
	 By popular request, ClipPlus now put its icon in the System
	tray rather than in the TaskBar.
	 If there isn't a shorcut for ClipPlus in the Stratup 
	directory, ClipPlus will prompt the user and can create the
	shortcut.
	 A hyperlink to The ClipPlus HomePage is now available
	from the Help/About menu item.
