  1. The Programme

CD PORTAL v. 2.1 is what it says: It makes the first
options to the user, when a Data CD ROM is inserted
to the computer. CD PORTAL is an easy to use software
making CD autoruns and executing files from the CD.
This programme is intended for people recording their
own CD ROM's or to those who need distributing
     programmes, images etc on CDR's.

CD PORTAL offers to execute up to 38 programmes or
files and to create links to two e-mail and two
websites. It gives possibility to open ReadMe texts,
to open Explorer, to play a midifile and of course
     to exit the programme itself.
CD Portal includes a compressed html-helpfile.

CD PORTAL generates a menu screen either as a
graduated colorful background or as an image chosen by
     your self.
The executing of programmes, displaying of textfiles
etc will occur after clicking on textlabels.

  2. Installation
Run the self-extracting file CDP21ukE.EXE to install.
These files will then be installed to your computer:
     INTValg.exe 622KB
     CDP21INT.exe 410KB
     readme.txt 4KB
     Uninstal.dat 7KB
     reg\CDP21ukH.chm 616KB
     reg\readme.txt 4KB
     WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Gksui16.EXE 68KB
The self-extracting file will make an addition to the
Windows registry to ensure, that CD PORTAL behave as
intended. This addition to the registry will however
not be erased even if you run the included uninstaller.
