1) Presentation
---------------

The nightmare of having a hard-disk crash or a Windows bug corrupting
critical files, can be resolved by frequently backing up your most
important files. Program files can be restored by reinstalling, but
your data files cannot, and these are the most critical.

LeBackup-Pro saves these files after they have been modified, in the
background, as you are working.

LeBackup-Pro runs in the background without degrading system
performance. You can iconize LeBackup-Pro, put it in the Windows
traybar and continue working. You will be advised when processing has
terminated.

LeBackup-Pro will automatically recreate the hierarchical structure of
source folders to the destination folders.

During processing, LeBackup-Pro notes the files which it was unable to
save (e.g. files being used by another application), and displays a list
of these at the completion of backup. This will allow you to close other
programs and to try saving them again.

LeBackup-Pro features the ability to:
- Exclude certain folders/files ("don't save...").
- Include only specified files ("save only...").
- Any combination of exclusion/inclusion.
- Optional file compression (pkzip 2.04g compatible).
- File encryption.
- The destination folder may be a new folder with a name including
date/time, allowing you to keep several versions of each file.
- Log file feature.
- Choice of automatic, using the "autorun" feature, or manual operation.
