Problems that could be:

If you have some program that use Visual FoxPro 5.0 runtime
you could have some version conflicts.

search in your Windows/System directory files:

VFP500.DLL
VFP5ENU.DLL
VFPOLE50.DLL
FOXPRO.INT

Backup them if found.
If problem occurs - restore them.

In case it couldn't fix a problems
you could do next:

1. Reinstall program after MAZAIKA installation.
2. Reinstall MS Visual FoxPro 5.0 runtime
stand alone MS Visual FoxPro 5.0 runtime module could be
   free download from many sites
   for example:
   http://www.zdnet.com/downloads/stories/info/0,,000OS7,.html

Also you must read:

What does the error message "Visual Fox Pro cannot start. Could not
load resources" mean?

Problem. MAZAIKA does not startup. The error message "Visual FoxPro
cannot start. Could not load resources." is displayed.

Analysis. This usually happens with a PC has a new Visual Fox Pro Version 5.0
program installed on it (other than MAZAIKA). The MAZAIKA application
usually has all library files (VFP500.DLL, VFP5ENU.DLL, VFPOLE50.DLL,
FOXPRO.INT ) in the Windows System directory. The new installation has
installed newer versions of all library files in the Windows System directory.
When MAZAIKA starts it looks in its Home directory and in the Windows
System directory. If libraries build numbers are different it produces
the error message.

Solution. First, look in the MAZAIKA Home directory for the older library
files. If you find it delete it. MAZAIKA will use the newer library files
in the Windows System directory and will start up. Otherwise, you need
to download MS Visual FoxPro 5.0 runtime and install it.

For PC installation, your Windows System directory is one of
the following directories:

For Windows 95/98 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\
For Windows NT C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (when upgraded from Win 95/98)
For Windows NT C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 (New WinNT installation)
