PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING
THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL
OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE
AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU SHOULD NOT
USE THE SOFTWARE. 

1. License Grant.
Upon accepting this entire license agreement,
you are granted the following:

 (1) You may make an unlimited number of copies of
     this software, provided that every copy is
     unmodified from its original form, as 
     provided from the developer, which contains
     this license agreement.

 (2) You may transfer unmodified copies of this
     Software, provided that you do not receive
     any fees other than the cost of the media
     and cost of shipment.

 (3) You may install this Software on multiple
     computers at the same time.

 (4) You may use multiple copies of the Software at
     the same time.


2. Limitations of License.
You may never:

 (1) Sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of
     the Software.

 (2) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify,
     translate, attempt to discover the source code of
     the Software, or create derivative works from the
     Software.

 (3) Use the Software for commercial profit.  Contact
     the Software's author for a seperate license if
     you need to use this Software for commercial
     benefit.


3.  Copyright. 
    The Software is owned by the developer, and is  
    protected by United States copyright laws and 
    international treaty provisions. You may not remove
    the copyright notice from any copy of the Software 
    or any copy of the written materials, if any,
    accompanying the Software.

4.  Limitation on Liability.
    The developer will not be liable for any LOSS
    OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, 
    INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, NOR FOR
    INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
    CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
    WHETHER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR
    OTHERWISE, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER
    THE DEVELOPER HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF
    THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
     
5.  U.S. Government Restricted Rights.
    All Software and related documentation are provided
    with restricted rights.  Use, duplication or 
    disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to
    restrictions as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
    of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
    Clause at 252.227-7013.  If you are using the 
    Software outside of the United States, you will
    comply with the applicable local laws of your country, 
    U.S. export control law, and the English version of
    this Agreement.

6.  High Risk Activities.
    The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed,
    or intended for use as on-line control equipment in
    hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance,
    such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft
    navigation or communication systems, air traffic
    control, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the
    software could lead directly to death, personal injury,
    or severe physical or environmental damage
    ("High Risk Activities"). The developer specifically
    disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for
    High Risk Activities

7.  Limited Warranty:
    The software is provided as-is without warranty of any
    kind, either express or implied, including, but not
    limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of
    merchantability, quality and fitness for a particular
    purpose.
