hi230bas.zip has the base programs and documentation
hi230win.exe also has Hi Lab, the Windows index file editor.
hidemo10.zip	only demonstrates the HelpIndex and Hi Brow beans.

- Simply run hi230win.exe to install.
- Otherwise, unzip hi230bas.zip and point your browser at index.html.
You must unzip the zip files with a decompressor which supports long filenames.

The evaluation version will display a maximum of 500 keywords and 100 URLs -
this is enough for most small sites. The full version removes these limits.

You may redistribute the unaltered hi230win.exe and/or hi230bas.zip.
