Version Notes:
 You can set options.
You can copy and paste the HTML.
 The window is resizable.
The icon is ripped from Internet Explorer
  and the Windows95 Find tool.
Jpegs and PNG's are a bit slow.
 Very very stable.
Thanks to LinuxGuy for emotional support
  and the idea.
Thanks to Stu for reporting a bug in the
  previous version.
You can now drag-n-drop files in.

P.S. LinuxGuy is the person formerly known as DotSlash
so don't give me anything on the topic.

You can distribute this freely, only if it requires
NO payment from the user. To distribute for profit,
see the NebulaeSoftware web site for an email address.

I'm also well aware that the PNG (Portable Network Graphic) file
format is not an Internet standard. I have included support because
it was really easy to, and I hope that it may help to bring down
UniSys's evil grasp of the Internet graphic format market. There
are countless horror stories of small groups and individuals which
include support for the GIF format (like me!) and are immediately
threatened with legal action from the corporation, if the request of
a certain amount of money (generally, in the $1000 range).

Under no circumstances may you disassemble, reverse engineer
virusize or mutilate this program.
