ShellRun is a Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP program to open a document.
It is primarily useful if you want a CD or DVD to AutoPlay a document,
eg open an HTML web page file or PDF Adobe Acrobat Reader file.
It can also be used at a command line prompt to open any document.
ShellRun only works in Windows computers, eg it does not work on
Apple Mac computers

Read index.html and cdroms.html for more details.

You may use the freeware version of ShellRun for free.

The retail version lets you
- remove the ShellRun popup window
- maximise the document window
- specify the message that appears in the top line of the popup window,
  and its associated URL
- specify a command to run if there is no viewer for your document

You may redistribute the freeware development kit freely.

Run the freeware or retail development kit to install the software.
You can uninstall it later using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
