1.) Description
------------------------
WinToWeb automatically generates menus for Web browsers.
The user defines the menu's items and actions whithin an
intuitive standard Windows interface. When the 'Generate'
option is clicked, the program immediately writes the
corresponding code and loads the resulting menu in the
default Web browser. As simple as that! There are millions
of ways to customize your menu through the 'Preferences' options.

ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE of Web related technologies required
in order to create stunning navigation menus (just click your mouse!).
Generated menus can be used on local machines or uploaded to
Web servers to provide remote sites' navigation.

2.) System requirements
-----------------------
OS: Windows 95, 98, NT
Processor: 486 or better
Memory: 16Mb or better
Req. space: Under 1Mb

An installed Web browser (version 4+) is indispensable.
JavaScript and Java must be enabled.

3.) License (Freeware and Shareware editions, all in one)
---------------------------------------------------------
WinToWeb 'Lite' (as downloaded): Fully functionnal Freeware, limited
to 15 elements per menu. Never expires, no nagging screens (other
than a pop-up when limit is reached) or other crippeling schemes.
The free 'Lite' version is for private usage only
(non-productive/commercial usage). Private users can use the
'Menus chaining' method (see help) to override the 15 elements
limitation and keep working with the free version.

WinToWeb 'Pro': Payment of a license fee removes the above
mentionned limit. A license is required for usage in productive
professional/commercial environments. Using WinToWeb 'Lite' in
such environment is authorized for a max. of 15 days and for
evaluation purposes only. Please visit WinToWeb's homepage for
current license fee (US$ 29.- as of Feb. 2000).

WinToWeb 'Lite' turns into 'Pro' when proper registration
information is entered within the program. No need to download
and install a new version. Projects created with 'Lite' are usable
by 'Pro'. 'Pro' registration codes are communicated by email upon
confirmation of payment.

4.) Installation
----------------
Automatic installation and de-installation facilities are provided.

To install:
1.) Unzip this archive to a temporary folder
2.) Go to that folder and double-click "SetUp.exe"

7.) Versions history
-------------------------------

WinToWeb v2.0 -June 2000-

1) Added possibility to move elements within the Tree-View
by 'Drag & Drop' operations.

2) Added a new JavaScript 'Collapsible Tree' menu style.

3) Added the possibility to auto-trigger selection in the
'Drop down' menu style and to suppress the 'Go' button
next to the selection box

4) Added a 'Web ready' option to generate HTML syntax
compatible with Web servers.

5) An '/images' folder is now created at installation time.
A handful of images are also supplied.

6) Minor bugs fixes.

******************************

WinToWeb v1.5 -Apr. 2000-

1) Added an 'Advanced' button on the 'Generate' tab to allow
automatic insertion of custom code into the <HEAD> section
of the generated menu.

2) Previously, the caption of some dialogs' buttons were in
French. We waved these 'Au revoir'.

3) Fixed a decimal separator recognition problem raising
on machines using a decimal delimiter other than a dot (.)
