How To Install E-Icons 98

First of all you must have installed on your system the 
Visual Basic 5 runtime files before running setup.
The VB5 runtime files needed can be found at
this URL:  http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/win95/dll.html
Now run "setup.exe"
