Road Runner Solo Service V3 release #263
----------------------------------------

How To Use This:

1. Close/Logout/Shutdown your current Road Runner session.
2. If you're using a previous version of the NT client, Stop the service.
3. Uninstall and stop using any other login (otherwise they will conflict!)
4. You might want to reboot to clear it out.
5. Run the Setup.EXE program. Be sure to use Configure!
6. Be Happy.

The log file recorded is in the same folder as the program, under RR3-Log.txt. A shortcut to this log is in the Programs\RRLogin V3 folder in the Start menu.

If you were familiar with the old login services that I wrote, this one is almost the same. Most of the configuration options have changed, notably in the Session tab, and the removal of the Run Programs tab.

RRLogin V3, by default, shows an icon in the tray. This icon gives both visual feedback, and allows you to control the program, such as exiting, seeing the status dialog, edit the parms, and other nice things. RRLogin V3 is one of the few programs that can "survive" an Explorer Shell Restart - the icon will always pop right back for you.

The biggest thing with this version is how small it is. The program is about 50k in size (and this includes the install, uninstall, config, etc), and takes less than 100k of runtime memory. I re-wrote the session logic for this version, and should not get into a screwy state where the program would not log back in until you exited and started it.

The other neat thing with this version is the fact that there is now a per-local-user settings item. The program will attempt to log out on local user logout, and log back in when the user changes. So you can have separate RR accounts for Fred and Mary, and when they log out locally, this takes effect. The vast majority of people will want to keep the default of a Single login profile for the entire system, since there is very little difference between user accounts (either the user can access the Internet or not, and that's it).

The program can also delay logging in until the user clicks on the tray icon.

Known Problems:
===============
The UnInstall does not clean up all the files, and will sometimes leave behind shortcuts. Be sure to go and check to see if they have been cleaned up after you uninstall, if you need to.
During Install, the program will sometimes re-popup the Config dialog when it's not needed.
