Websync v1.40
by Andrew Fish

With the bewildering scale of the Internet, it's getting harder to keep ahead
of the news. Websites are updated at varying rates and it seems like a full-time
job just checking to see whether they have changed.

Websync is a solution to this problem - it can monitor websites for you and report
when they have changed. It does this in a reasonably intelligent manner to use as
little of your bandwidth as possible. You can choose to have sites checked at
different intervals (from every minute to every few weeks) between specific times of day if you wish and you can choose between just telling you that a site has changed or downloading it to your hard disk in a form which is useable offline whilst removing links to content which you don't want (such as adverts) to save time and hard disk space.

To install, simply extract the files from the zip file to wherever you would like them.
The archive should contain:

	WEBSY140.EXE	self-installing exe
	README.TXT	This file

This program is freely distributable shareware. When unregistered this version is limited
to monitoring five websites. The package can be registered for $20 at RegNet
