Novyi Russkii is Windows 9x based application that allows the
user to create Russian text without the use of a Cyrillic keyboard.
The user loads up his or her favorite word processor, types
in transliterated Russian, then uses Novyi Russkii to convert
it to actual Cyrillic (Cyrillic fonts are required).

Installation:
Unzip the archive, either NRv1.exe or NRv1.zip into a temporary
directory. Run SETUP.EXE. This will begin the installation process.
Follow the instructions.

Shareware Note:
Novyi Russkii is shareware. If you enjoy it, please consider registering.
The English version of Novyi Russkii costs $10US + S&H. The Russian
version is available free to residents of the former Soviet Union
(S&H charges may apply) (see the help file for details).

Redistribution:
The Novyi Russkii installation files may be distributed only in
their original archive form. You may not, add, remove, or in any way
alter any files in the archive if it is to be distributed. No fee
may be charged for the distribution of the shareware version of this
program, other than a reasonably small fee to cover duplication costs.
