Planet Explorer 1.2 for Win 9x/NT/2k
3D Spaceship Simulator to train 3D thinking
===========================================

Planet Explorer is a 3D spaceship simulator to train
3D thinking. It works in two modes: static and dynamic.
In dynamic mode the user circulates one of our nine
planets on a Kepler ellipse, each planet having a
different stationary position. This app shows 3D
geometry in action. The simulator interface allows
to change all orbit parameter and displays continuously
the present position and velocity of the spaceship.

In static mode the program uses two other interfaces:
a graphics display and an exercise database including
numerous self-study topics and exercises. Both
interfaces offer an easy, step-by-step, game-like
learning framework, where a user is guided from simple
to more complex topics, which incorporate fun, game, and
self-discovery features.

Planet Explorer automatically displays the number of
exercises you have done and tried to do, the number of
correct answers, as well as your grade, and enables you
to create your own topics, exercises, and images as wanted.

In order to install another database, exit Planet Explorer,
copy the database files Planet.*
from folder \DBs in English;Turkish\
over the ones in folder \DBs\. Then restart Planet Explorer.

Planet Explorer can be downloaded at (5.0 MB)

     is available at http://www.winzip.com)
3) Run 'Setup' and follow the instructions
4) After the installation is successfully completed,

Files _setup.2, disk2.id => Installation Disk 2
Files _setup.3, disk3.id => Installation Disk 3
Files _setup.4, disk4.id, README.txt, PlanetExplorer.xml
			 => Installation Disk 4
All other files => Installation Disk 1
Then insert Disk 1 and run on the floppy drive
'Setup' as described above.

To uninstall Planet Explorer, use the Windows desktop
