AVIedit (c) Alexander Milukov, 1998-2001

AVIedit is the smart video editor and capture tool for
Windows 95/98/NT4/Me/2000/XP. It allows you to watch
video on the computer (even fullscreen), it captures single
frames and entire movies. You can enhance your videos
using more than 30 built-in effects (twirl, rotate,
skew, mirror, mosaic, flower etc.), change brightness,
contrast, sharpness and even frame rate. You can import
bitmaps, JPG and TARGA images sequence to a single movie,
print them and export to animated GIFs/FLI/FLC.
It can edit existing .avi files and create titles.
You can add or remove audio tracks, compress your videos
with modern codecs like MPEG4 and even more...
Special hardware (video capture board) is required ONLY for
capture, but other things can be done easily on most
Pentium-class computers. Aviedit supports TWAIN devices
like a scanner or digicam. Also it can use most of Adobe(tm)
Photoshop compatible plug-ins.
Aviedit supports 14 user interface languages.

This program does NOT replace or copy any files to the Windows\system
directory and the registry key created for save/restore settings is
unique (that means that it does not conflict with any other existing software).
Furthermore, it doesn't need any MFC, Visual C++ or VBasic runtime
installed and it is therefore really independant of these.

This version of AVIedit is shareware and can be freely distributed
provided all package files are unmodified. See the help file for more
information.
